These new maps remove thousands of homes from the flood hazard area. This saves these homeowners millions of dollars in insurance premiums every year. As promised 4 years ago, The Camden County Commission has authorized a complete rewrite of the ULC of Camden County. We’re fixing many long standing problems, and reducing the COST OF HOUSING. If I have anything to say, which I obviously do, we’ll eliminate the 25 FOOT WATERFRONT SETBACK.
