Experience the Excitement at the 68th Annual Dogwood Festival
As your Presiding Commissioner of Camden County, Greg Hasty knows how important the community is at the Lake of the Ozarks. As a life-long resident of the area, he loves the comradery that our residents have. Coming together to support community events and taking advantage of area events is what it's all about! The 68th Annual Dogwood Festival is right around the corner. Come out to Camdenton, MO to experience what that excitement is all about on April 19th through the 21st. On Saturday, April 21st, get your seat along the parade route through downtown Camdenton. Watch as bands, floats, and sweet rides drive by. You may even be able to snag a few pieces of candy! It's a fun way to spend time with your family and see the fun parade participants as they pass by. The theme for the parade is Fairytales in Bloom this year. See what the float participants have come up with when you watch the parade!
Saturday morning, April 21st, a 5K Fun Run route will start at the Camdenton High School at 7:30am. Challenge yourself and walk or run for a great cause. All proceeds from the run will go to ARC at the Lake which supports and empowers those living with developmental disabilities.
